How it works

• Email Shopify@synara.store within 7 days of your purchase date with your order number.
• We'll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Refunds apply to the product you request, so refunding one product doesn't affect the others you bought.
• When a refund is issued, access to that product ends.

Limits

• One refund per customer. Refunds are not available for products you've previously been refunded for.
• Refund requests made after 7 days are not eligible, except for a duplicate charge, an unauthorized purchase, or access we failed to deliver.
• We may decline requests that show abuse of this policy.
